Looking for a profitable career change or side hustle in personal care? Register for our SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) training today. In this intensive 3-day program, students will have an opportunity to learn fundamental theory and practice under the instruction of CADMEN Barber Academy’s certified educator.
What is SMP?
SMP, also known as hair tattooing or hairline tattoo, is a cosmetic procedure for hair loss. SMP creates a natural look for people who experience hair loss by adding small dots that replicate hair follicles (roots). Unlike hair transplant, which is expensive and invasive, SMP is safe and more affordable. It does not require surgery or long downtime. SMP currently is one of the most popular hair loss solutions and is even endorsed by celebrities, such as Jamie Foxx and Vin Diesel.
Demand and career prospects for SMP
As not everyone is ready for hair transplant, SMP currently is one of the most popular hair loss treatment alternatives. After you are trained, you can charge your clients from $1,000 to $4,000 per treatment depending on how big the scalp area is. It is possible for an experienced SMP artist to make a 6-figure income in a year, which makes the demand for SMP training even higher.

The course will be 3 days from 10 AM to 4:30 PM (time and date are flexible). Students will receive an SMP Training Booklet, gift bag, and Certificate of Completion.
